Honey cream (recipe from the island of Crete)

350 grams honey
720 grams water
10 tbsps corn flour
1 cinnamon stick
Cinnamon powder (optional)
Preparation:
We dissolve the corn flour in a bit of water and we boil all the ingredients, stirring continuously, till mixture thickens. We share in bowls and put in the fridge till mixture gets firm. We sprinkle with cinnamon and we enjoy.
