Chocolate pie

For the Cake
2 cups flour
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
7 tbsps cocoa powder
2 tsps baking powder
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp soda bicarbonate
2 vanilla dashes
1 salt dash
5 eggs
For the Syrup:
2 cups water
2 cups sugar
For the frosting:
250 grams couverture chocolate
250 grams creme fraiche
2 tbsps butter
Preparation:
In a bowl we put all the ingredients. Using a wooden spatula we mix well. We cover the bottom of a cooking pan with grease proof paper and empty the bowl. We bake in the 180C for 35 minutes. Since all stoves differ we check with a stick if the cake has been done. Meanwhile we make a syrup warming the mixture of water/sugar for 4 minutes stirring well to have the sugar dissolved. We slowly pour over the cake when both are hot. When it has got cooler we cover with the frosting we have made by melting the choco and the butter in the creme fraiche.
